The value of US Dollar has been raised by reason of depression. It is said that US Dollar is safe value during depression. So many people have been gathering US Dollars to make their properties safe. That’s first reason of a raise in exchange rates.
However, the value of WON has been decreased rapidly. It is said that intervention of Korean government to exchange market makes the value of WON down. And people say that Korean bank and Korean exporter don’t sell dollars that they earned to enlarge their income.
According to journalist, the value of WON will be increased gradually, but nobody knows when the value of WON become steady. I think exchange rates will be begun to decrease if US dollars are sold by either Korean bank or Korean exporter.

반면에 원화의 가치는 급속도로 떨어지고 있다. 이는 한국 정부가 고환율 정책을 펴면서 시장에 간섭했기 때문으로
사람들은 한국의 은행과 수출 회사들이 자신들의 이익을 위해 달러를 팔지 않아 문제가 더 커지고 있다고 말한다.
저널리스트들은 원화의 가치가 점차적으로 상승할 것으로 내다보고 있지만 언제쯤이 되야 원화 가치가 안정될지는
아직 아무도 모른다. 내 생각에는 한국의 은행과 수출 회사들이 달러화를 팔기 시작해야만 환율 하락이 시작될 것 같다.
