I think that it was a great choice that new POP was adopted a cartoon shading technique. The technique showed a harmonious atmosphere and led players to play until the end of POP. I played the POP with an envious eye throughout. After playing POP, I wonder that what tools had been made, how they made its event trigger system and which way shader system was made to show a fit atmosphere for some environments. In addition, I'm curious that what techniques they used or made to show diverse motions with less motions than them.
It's kind of easy to play. Although I failed many times at some battles for mistakes, I didn't feel bored. UBISoft developers made me not suffer from load and save in despite of many times failure of battle.
Additionally, its loading time is worthy of praise.
The worst thing that I felt is its requirement for smooth playing. My laptop equipped with Geforce 8400GM, but POP was run smoothly with lowest option and 1024x768 resolution. I have a plan to carry this laptop to Canada for Diablo3, but I'm worried about its smooth playing.
And hero was involved in heroine's problem for lost his monkey. However, I tend to think hero was a monkey at his playing in POP.

In contrast to getting out of smoking addiction, I'm getting addicted to caffeine. Honestly, everyday I'm suffering from insomnia. For this reason, a tea containing caffeine like coffee become my enemy that interferes my sleep. However, drinking some coffee makes me concentrate more during my studying time. And it is reported that it doesn't have an effect on sleep that we drink some coffee 6 hours early before we go to bed. Of course, there is always exception. It depends on a person.
As I posted, I've quitted smoking. It's been about 22 days. I'm going through temptation of smoking everyday. To endure the temptation, I eat some sweet like candy when I want to smoke. So I have gained weight.
I think my caffeine addiction was originated from studying in Starbucks. From January to April this year, I drank a cup of coffee during weekdays to study there. In the course of time I was getting addicted to caffeine gradually, and I became a man who can enjoy taste and smell although I used not to have any interest in coffee.
From old times, caffeine has influenced us in spite of ourselves. In west, coffee has helped us calm and more concentrate on something, and in east, a kind of a green tea did.
Too much is as bad as too little. It is recommended to drink about 2 to 3 cups of coffee a day. And reportedly, too much drinking coffee causes rather feeling fatigue finally.

Ever since February this year, I’m trying to learn about 1000 English words that I don’t know by heart every month. At first, it wasn’t expected, but the number of words that I’ve memorized is about 2000. It means that I memorized about 1000 English words every month.
Recently, I’m very busy memorizing phrasal verbs. People say that it’s possible to communicate with native speaker if a person has known several phrasal verbs. However, we have to memorize more similar words for writing, even though we can describe something well with just one word among the words. Yes, I know. It’s for polishing. Still, it is deemed inefficient by me.
Anyway, there remain a lot of words that I should memorize. It seems that I can understand and listen as I’ve known.
Restudying about algorithms with English textbook

10 years ago, I studied about algorithms in order to win a prize in computer meeting. I was a high school student then, and I read a textbook for algorithm in Korean. Therefore, I get accustomed to Korean computer words rather in English's.
The Korean algorithm textbook contained a lot of English word, but it was hard to get accoustomed to them. The fact that I was a high school student then might be one of reasons why I couldn't be used to English words.
Anyway, these days, I started to restudy about algorithms. However, this time, textbook is in English. Fortunately, it's not difficult to read because there are many sections that I've known.
Restudying about algorithms gives me both reminding what I studied and being used to English words.
Left green textbook in above picture is for writing in English. The book contains a lot of collocation and copy structures. It helps me not only write sentences in English, but also speak in English.
Seoul Motor Show is held in KINTEX every 2 years since 1995. Last sunday I went to Seoul Motor Show to see and take pictures. I arrived at KINTEX at 5pm, and there still were a lot of people to see even though it's a little late to see because the show opens until 7 pm on sunday. To enter the show, I had to stand in a line to buy a ticket for about 15 minutes.
I remember that the enterance fee was 7000 Korean Won on last 2007 show, but this year enterance fee is 9000 Korean.
Anyway, I entered the exhibition hall and took a lot of picture there. However, it was very disappointing seeing. Most of all, not all famous car makers participated in the show. I guess that maybe this is because of economic depression. I really wanted to see Porsche cars, but I couldn't find any Porsche there. And at least 3 Japanese car makers were expected to participate this show, but only Honda and Toyota participate.
And second thing that made me disappointed was facilities. It was lack of facilities like restroom. So I had to wait for about 5 minutes to use.
In addition, the spectators level was too low. Although someone hurts others feelings, he/she never have said "sorry". Moreover, there were many children because of Sunday, their parent neglected the children even though they shouted away noisilly and make others unpleasant. And some old man spitted on the floor inside the hall.
However, some were good. Prada Genesis was interesting and it was surprising that SSANGYONG participate the show. I never have expected that they participate this show because they have gone through bad financial situation.
In addition, BENZ and AUDI allow spectators trying to get into their car for a while. So I tried to get into BENZ New C63 AMG car for a while. Unfortunately, I didn't have my picture in the car taken.

TAG 2009SMS
Last week, March 30th, I decided to quit smoking.
There are many reasons of my quitting smoking. Most of all, I want to build my health up.
7 years ago, I started smoking with curiosity. However, I was getting addicted to smoking. Eventually, quitting smoking become one of the hardest thing I've ever done.
It is said all people never can quit smoking, they just can stand the desire of smoking and habit of smoking. In other words, they who want to quit smoking live all of their life in standing smoking desire. I regret that I become a smoker.
Now, 7 days later since quitting smoking, it gives me an appetite. I'm afraid of gaining weight.
1. 영어공부
지난 1월부터 지금까지 저는 계속 영어에 빠져 살고 있습니다.
그러나 지금 주어진 환경에서 영어 공부에 있어서 한계에 다다른 듯한 느낌이 들고 있네요. 이 이상의 영어를 공부하기 위해서는 영어권 나라에 가서 공부를 하는것이 가장 효과적이라고 느껴집니다...
2일 전에는 제가 약 70일동안 외운 단어 수를 세어 봤는데 무려 2000개 가까이 되는걸 알았습니다(토익 단어책 한 권을 끝냈습니다). 하루에 거의 30개씩 외운 셈이네요. 모르는 단어만 2000개를 외운건데, 아직도 해리포터 영어 소설을 보면 한 페이지에 한 두 개씩은 모르는 단어가 꼭 나옵니다. 얼마나 더 외워야 할지... ㅠㅠ 요즘은 숙어를 외우고 있는데 Phrasal verb 들.... 정말 헷갈리네요. 영어는 정말 비효율 적인것 같습니다. 왜 부사를 두고, 그렇게 개개별로 동사를 만들어 냈는지.... 정말 불필요한 동사가 너무 많은 것 같네요. 덕분에 시소러스 사전을 끼고 살고 있습니다. 단어라는 것이 그 시대적 상황이나, 사상, 개념, 관심등을 그대로 반영한다는데, 공부하다보니 동양과 서양의 시각차이가 단어에서 조금은 느껴지네요.
단어 외에도 Grammar in use intermediate 도 거의 다 풀고, 토플 에세이 영작문, 인터뷰책등도 공부를 하고 있습니다.
최근에 느끼는건데 회화에 도움이 되는건 실제로 writting 이었습니다....-_-;; 전 그냥 아는 단어들 말하면서 자꾸 끄집어 내는 연습을 하면 될 줄 알았는데 writting 이 말하기 스킬의 향상에 시너지 효과를 내주는듯 싶네요.
그밖에 LC 를 공부를 더 했어야 하는건데 많이 못해서 좀 아쉽네요. 실제로 토익 셤을 보면 RC 는 항상 거의 400점을 넘겨주셨는데, LC 는 잘봐야 300점 초반대.. 였으니.. ㅠㅠ(200점 중반대도 있었...) 지금부터라도 LC 에 좀 더 집중해야겠네요. 단어를 공부하면서 느낀거지만 중학교때 배웠던 단어들의 발음을 정말 잘못배웠던것 같습니다. 단어를 듣지 못했던 이유가 거기에 있었네요. 윤리 선생님께서 영어를 가르쳐주셨으니..-_- 망할;;

SONY NWZ-S736F, ASUS 의 1000H 넷북, CANON 30D 를 질렀군요. 이제 잔고가 완전 바닥나 버렸습니다. ㅠㅠ
아이팟이 불필요해져서(캐나다가서 아이폰살지도 모릅니다) 아이팟터치를 팔고, SONY MP3와 넷북을 질렀습니다.
DSLR 은 정말 고민 많이 했는데 그냥 깔끔하게 30D 와 SIGMA 18-50 F2.8 을 질렀습니다. 렌즈를 더 구입하고 싶은 욕구가 들었으나 그냥 18-50 이면 충분할 것 같네요.
(Reiot이 소유했던 SIGMA 렌즈군을 보고 경악했습니다.-_-;;; 아니 대체 그런 렌즈를 구비해놓고 왜 집에다 썩혀둔건지..-_-)
3. 영작
요즘에는 일부러 하루에 하나씩 영작하는 습관을 들이고 있습니다. 그렇게 영작한건 블로그에 올리고 있는데, 그냥 언제 어디서든지 확인하고, 틀린걸 수정할 목적으로 올리는-_- 거니 게임 개발 블로그에 왜 이런게 올라와? 라는 생각이 드신다면 가볍게 무시해주세요. 혹 더 자연스러운 표현이 있거나, 제가 실수한 부분이 있으면 과감히 댓글을 남겨주세요 :)
역시나 어려운건 어떠한 뉘앙스를 표현할 때 콩글리시가 아닌 그나라에서 사용하는 방법으로 표현하는거네요. IDIOM 사전 열심히 보면서 공부해야겠습니다. FLOG A DEAD HORSE 같은 말을 잘 이해하려면... ㅠㅠ

차를 판매하였습니다. 계산을 해보니 그동안 차에 꽤 많은 돈을 쳐-_- 발랐었네요. 판매하는 과정에서 좀-_- 언짢은 일도 있었으나 여튼 판매하고나니 시원섭섭합니다. 20살 이래로 뚜벅이로 지낸적이 거의 없는데 약간 어색합니다. ㅠㅠ 팔기전에 사사고개에 가서 좀 더 즐기다 팔걸 그랬나 하는 생각도 요즘 문득문득 드네요 ㅠㅠ
5. 계획?
앞으로 한 달간은 여행도 다니고, 그간 못만났던 분들도 만날 생각입니다. 갑작스럽게 연락이 갈지도 모르니(귀찮아서 그냥 집에서 쉴지도 모르지만) 귀찮아 하지 마시고, 가볍게 술 한 잔 사주세요. 동생한테 쏘라고... 하시는 분은 없으실....... 응?
참고로 4월달은 제 생일이 껴있는 달이니 생일 기념으로 사주시면 감사하겠습니다. :)ㅋ
참고로 제가 핸드폰을 바꾸면서 전에 핸드폰에 저장된 번호를 옮겨오지 못했습니다. 혹시 문자 못받으신 분은 저의 옛날 폰 번호로 문자라도 부탁.. ㅠㅠ
